“Wicked witches in the east,
Wicked witches in the west,
Which is what the hitch is, which is,
Which wicked witch, is which?”
Halloween is a celebration that happens on the 31st October each year and is dedicated to remembering departed souls and also associated with the idea of obtaining good fortune. It’s that time of the year when a lot of time is spent to work on Decor, craft ideas, costumes and accessories for the celebrations.

I decided to put together a list of my top 13 Halloween DIYs. Starting with 2 DIYs right on the blog, followed by links to 11 other articles, here we go:
1.JARS FOR HALLOWEEN:
When you have friends coming over for your Halloween party, this is a Halloween decoration idea for you to set up your home. You could sit down to make some quirky stuff such as this painted jar to use as return gifts. If you have a few mason jars or jam bottles, upcycle them into pieces of art for Halloween décor, use them for spooky jar cakes, give away chocolates or even use the painted mason jars as lanterns.

2. OWL TEALIGHT HOLDER:
Occasions come with a purpose- spending quality time with friends and family. With kids, it’s all about jotting down a number of Halloween activities and crafts that they can be engaged with. Why not craft your way to a beautiful glass painted lantern that can adorn the room of your little one?

3. OWL SUN-CATCHER:
This project involves a simple glass painting technique to make an owl sun catcher or key chain. These work very well as gifts for children. You could even organize a DIY session at your Halloween party where these can be made by children and taken home.

4. MAD-EYE MOODY:
I have always been a great Harry Potter fan since childhood. and this DIY is inspired from the character “Alaster Moody” from the Harry Potter series. This one’s for a Halloween One-Eyed monster who can strap the eye to the face by using a band, use it as an accessory around the neck or even wear it on the wrist. How about making “mad-eye cuff links”?
